A playful social exchange with Khleo Thomas, better known as Zero from Holes, gave the Kraft Big Bowl launch an opening nobody could plan in a spreadsheet. I helped turn that organic moment into a script, then worked with the team to shape it into a finished online video featuring Khleo’s review of the bowl.
